The purpose of the 8-week program is to help educate and inform you of different ways of training for different results. The focus of our Screw the Scale – Registered Program is increased energy, metabolism and better understanding of the mind-body connection. All workouts (except the Stretching and Yoga classes) will be designed on an RPE-basis. It’s to help educate you how to find your RPE and guide you learn to find various intensity levels based on your own energy expenditure.
