I found Hot Mama two years ago when my son was 8 weeks old. As a mom of a very busy 2 year old and a newborn I was drawn to the support of the Hot Mama community and the fitness classes. I immersed myself in everything Hot Mama; Retreats, Body Smarts, Bootylicious Run Group, and Mom’s Night Out! Having a background in fitness and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Alberta in Physical Education I always pondered what I would do career wise as my kids grow older. Having started it all at the Spruce Gove location (which is AMAZING!), owner Amanda Nevesely inspired me to start up at my own location. I am proud to say I am the Main Mama for Hot Mama Health and Fitness in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. I am looking forward to starting up classes in the Spring 2017.
