I wanted to give you all a little bit of a “Torch-inspired” workout. SO, I designed another new interval workout for you to do.

If you complete one round (Blocks 1, 2, 3 & 4), the total workout is 18 minutes (not including a warm-up or cool-down). But, I’d love to challenge you and ask you to complete the 4 blocks from 1 through four AND THEN the four blocks from four through one. Whaaaaa?! Oh yeah I did, I challenge you! I mean…if you have time, of course! Some days are busier than others, but this is a gooder and it’ll leave you sweaty, metabolically boosted and energized (after you recover, of course).

Remember when you’re ON I want to have you pushing to a Rate of Perceived Exertion of “9″. That’s an intensity level juuuuuust below your maximum!

Remember to warm-up and cool down before you start your intervals!
